These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of remupi.com and purchases from Remupi. By visiting the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referenced on the website. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Termination, severability, and entire agreement
We may terminate or suspend access for a material breach, unlawful conduct, fraud, or security risk. Obligations that by their nature should survive termination will continue. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder stays effective. These Terms, together with posted policies and order-specific disclosures, form the entire agreement regarding the service and replace prior communications on the same subject.
Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to the seller and the transaction, without removing any mandatory consumer protections available in the customer's place of residence. Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to waive rights or dispute forums that cannot lawfully be waived.
